3 Session Nutrition Package:
Comprehensive Intake: 90 minutes- During the intake we will really dive into your health history, symptoms/diagnosis, and your health goals. This session sets the stage for our work together.
Client will receive:
2-4 detailed small action steps or protocols aimed at moving you closer to your health goals
recipes, shopping tips, meal plans and/or other resources that will help you achieve your goals
recommendations on supportive nutritional supplements
outside referrals as needed
3 Follow Up Sessions: These follow up sessions will be used to help client tweak or expand on their goals from the Comprehensive intake.
Food Journal Tracking as needed and as it pertains to clients goals.
6 Session Nutrition Package:

Q and A?
Can we work virtually?
Yes, virtual is the primary way I work with nutrition clients. If you live locally and prefer to meet in-person please let me know during the Discovery Call Session.
Can I space my sessions out further than 2 weeks in order to save time or money?
Yes. We will work together to create the plan that works best for you and your budget.
Will I be required to purchase supplements?
No. We never require our clients to purchase any supplements and all protocols are built with nutrition and lifestyle as the main tools of support. We fully believe in the body’s ability to heal when given the correct inputs! However, sometimes supplements can shorten the process by offering well studied nutrients, probiotics, and prebiotics in the most effective doses. In that case we will make you aware of the options available and we will always respect and work with your choice.
Will I be required to undergo any testing?
This depends on your symptoms and the goals we are working towards. Testing is not required, but like supplements, if there is a testing option that could benefit the process we will make you aware of the options. The choice is always yours. Many of my clients will require basic testing that can be offered through their primary care physician (such as CBC or lipid panel). Tiny Health Microbiome testing is included in my Digestion package pricing because the testing is so helpful to the process of helping you improve your gut symptoms.
