    All Packages Include:

    • private training sessions in a private gym space = 60 minutes each

    • Nutrition guidance to further support goals

    • An additional 30 minutes in the gym before or after session to utilize cardio equipment. mats, etc (optional)

  • You are required to schedule a minimum of 1 session/week, however you have the option to schedule 2 or 3 sessions/week for faster results.

    Dates and times are flexible. To find options that fit within your scheduling needs please set up Discovery Call.

    8 Session Package- $560.00 ($70/session)

    12 Session Package- $720.00 ($60/session)

    Packages must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Discovery Call

Small Group Training

  • 3 month package

    Includes:

    • 24 group training sessions = 60 minutes each

    • Individual nutrition guidance to support goals

    • 30 minutes before or after group session to utilize cardio equipment. mats, etc (optional)

  • Small Group Programs meet twice weekly.

    Options:

    T/Th: 8-9am (booking now!)

    T/Th: 9:30 - 10:30 am (Currently Full)

    T/Th: 11am-12pm

  • Small groups are limited to 4 people.

  • $750.00 per person

    ($30/session)

    Packages must be paid for in full before the start of your programming.
