One-on-One Personal Training

  • Personal Training Sessions are booked in packages of 8 sessions.

    8 Session Package

    Includes:

    • 1 onboarding session= 60 minutes

    • 7 private training sessions = 60 minutes each

    • Nutrition Guidance to support Goals

    • An additional 30 minutes before or after session to utilize cardio equipment. mats, etc (not required)

  • You are required to schedule a minimum of 1 session/week, however you have the option to schedule 2 or 3 sessions for faster results.

    Dates and times are flexible. To find options that fit within your scheduling needs please set up Discovery Call.

  • Eight- 60 minute sessions= $640.00 ($80/session)

    Packages must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

Discovery Call

Small Group Training

  • 3 month package

    Includes:

    • 1 private onboarding session= 60 minutes

    • 24 group training sessions = 60 minutes each

    • Nutrition Guidance to support Goals

    • An additional 30 minutes before or after session to utilize cardio equipment. mats, etc (not required)

  • Small Group Programs meet twice weekly.

    Options:

    T/Th: 8-9am

    T/Th: 9 - 10:30 am

    T/Th: 11am-12pm

  • $750.00

    ($30/session)

    Packages must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

  • Small groups are limited to 4 people.

Drop-in Strength Classes (women only)

  • No packages available for this service.

  • Tuesday or Thursdays

    6:30- 7:30 am

  • $18.00/class

  • Recommended that you book ahead of time- class sizes are limited to 10.

    Some weight lifting experience is helpful as these are larger groups.
