All Packages Include:
private training sessions in a private gym space = 60 minutes each
Nutrition guidance to further support goals
An additional 30 minutes in the gym before or after session to utilize cardio equipment. mats, etc (optional)

You are required to schedule a minimum of 1 session/week, however you have the option to schedule 2 or 3 sessions/week for faster results.

Small Group Training

3 month package
Includes:
24 group training sessions = 60 minutes each, space limited to 4 people
One Individual nutrition session to better support your unique goals
30 minutes before or after group session to utilize cardio equipment. mats, etc in the gym (optional)

Small Group Programs meet twice weekly.
Options:
T/Th: 8-9am (4 spots available)
T/Th: 9:30 - 10:30 am (1 spot available)
T/Th: 11am-12pm Beginner Strength Program (4 spots available)

Cost breakdown:
$100 for private onboarding & nutrition consult
$27/group session
Packages must be paid for in full before the start of your programming.
Subsequent Packages booked at a rate of $650/ 24 sessions
